Yessie is a legally blind woman in her 30s who has been on a healing and self-discovery journey since 2019. She has been blogging about her journey since 2022, but she has written publicly on various platforms since she was a teenager. In addition to blogging, Yessie has attempted to make a positive impact by creating videos, podcasting, teaching people to use iPads, helping blind adults gain their independence, public speaking, helping write and test a curriculum for disabled people and their support systems, and accessibility testing. She is also a certified Level III Reiki Master, Astrology nerd, psychic channel, and crystal collector. Once a fan of traveling, she now lives a quiet life with her partner and dog. She hopes to continue healing through writing on this blog and maybe just maybe her words will help others heal as well.
