In the previous post, I mentioned some of the changes I’ve made that can be attributed to Reiki. Yes, Reiki changed my life on a large scale, but the energy of Reiki is very gentle and major changes won’t happen right away. I thought it might be helpful to share some of the instant benefits of Reiki.
- For relaxation. It just feels good and is very calming.
- To fall asleep and improve quality of sleep, including reducing nightmares.
- For pain relief.
- Calming anxiety, including physical symptoms.
- Boosting mood.
- Making decisions/energetic alignment.
- Boosting creativity.
- Calming racing or intrusive thoughts.
- connecting to psychic gifts.
- Grounding and connecting to the physical body.
This list is in no particular order, and is not exhaustive. These are just some of the things Reiki helps me with on a regular basis. 💙
